She was a cinema icon in the UK in the swinging 60s.

And 50 years later, 71-year-old actress Julie Christie is still looking as fresh-faced as she was in her heyday.

The star looked healthy and glowing while attending an exhibition private view at the National Theatre in London on Wednesday night.

The star added a touch of brightness to her attire by wearing a red cardigan, shoes and handbag and she wore a pair of yellow gloves on her hands.
